    I've found out that it's really helpful if you have at least one Tome user on your team when taking on the stages.

    make sure to make you parent characters as strong as possible before you recruit the children. The children inherits the parents stats and they can get some bad ass skills too. you can let men get Galeforce and females Counter if you bother to do so. Counter is a blessing.
    also, if you bother with the DLC then you should diffently invest in the Golden Gaffe and EXPonential Growth. makes grinding easier and grants lots of gold!

    Pairing up units is great but remember that having two units simply stand next to each other gives the same boosts. This way you can attack with both of them in one turn while still getting the boosts. However, this isn't as reliable as having them directly paired.
